Process Flow of PET Spunbond Nonwoven Machine
The production process of PET spunbond needle punched nonwoven fabric machinery usually includes the following steps:
Raw material preparation: PET pellets or PET bottle flakes are melted at high temperature, coarsely filtered, homogenized and thickened, finely filtered, and then conveyed to the spinning unit through a metering pump.
