• Durable Needle Plate Treatment: The needle plate undergoes a single polyurethane plating process and is air-locked, ensuring a smooth and consistent needle punching action that minimizes wear and tear.
• Optimized Needle Density: With an impressive 4500pcs/m² needle density, the machine achieves a high level of fiber interlocking, resulting in nonwoven fabrics with enhanced strength and uniformity. The needles are randomly arranged by computer to ensure an even distribution for optimal fabric formation.

Working Principle

The needle board drives the needles to move up and down, and the teeth of the needles will interweave the fibers together to form a compact fabric structure. High-frequency needle punching is achieved for reinforcing and forming the fiber web.
