Production Process
Opener Machine→Main Opener→Cotton Feeder→Carding Machine→Cross Lapper→ Oven Machine →Ironing Machine →Automatic Slitter and Winder→Recyline Opener Machine
- Opener Machine: Initial opening of PET, PP, and coconut fibers.
- Main Opener: Further mixing and opening of fibers.
- Cotton Feeder: Even feeding to ensure uniform distribution of fibers.
- Carding Machine: Carding fibers to form a web structure.
- Cross Lapper: Increasing material thickness and uniformity through cross-laying technology.
- Oven Machine: Heat treatment to melt and set the fiber shape.
- Ironing Machine: Further leveling the material to ensure a smooth surface.
- Automatic Slitter and Winder: Cutting the material to the desired width and winding according to customer requirements.
- Recycling Opener Machine: Recycling fibers in the process to improve material utilization.
