Technical Process

A. Spunbond Nonwoven Fabric Production Equipment:
Raw material with suction feeder → Screw extruder → Filter → Metering pump → Suction device → Spinning box (spinneret) → Cooling system → Stretching device → Web forming machine → Calender → Online winding machine → Slitter

B. Melt Blown Nonwoven Fabric Production Equipment:
Screw extruder → Filter → Metering pump → Heating device → Melt blown spinneret box → Web forming machine → Winding machine
