Production Process

The production journey starts with a state-of-the-art suction feeder device that introduces raw materials into the system. Through a series of meticulously designed processes including extrusion, filtration, and spinning, the fabric is formed and then cooled. Advanced stretching and web forming technologies ensure the fabric's uniformity and strength. Finally, the fabric is calendered, wound, and slitted to the customer's specified dimensions, with the maximum diameter of the fabric roll reaching up to 1200mm for easy handling and storage.

Raw Material and Filament Quality

The heart of our production process begins with the selection of high-quality PP chips. We utilize a precise blend of PP color master batch and essential additives to ensure the fabric's colorfastness and performance characteristics. The spunbond filament denier is meticulously controlled to range between 1.8 to 2.3, allowing for the production of fabrics with varying strength and softness profiles.
