Main Components

• Machine Frame: Constructed from carbon steel with varying thicknesses from 40mm to 16mm, the frame undergoes high-temperature annealing to eliminate internal stress, ensuring durability and stability during operation.
• Movable Beam: Made from 65 Mn steel, 10mm thick, for enhanced strength and reliability.
• Needle Plate: Composed of an aluminum-magnesium alloy and PVC plate, precisely drilled with a computer NC driller (1.83mm hole diameter) to maintain accurate hole spacing and alignment. The needle placement method is customizable based on product requirements and secured by air pressure for optimal performance.
• Crankshaft Box: The unit crankshaft box features main shafts connected with Half, with a case body made of HT200 steel, cast, annealed, and finely machined by computer for precision and reliability.

• Main Movable Shaft and Components: Crafted from 40Cr alloyed steel, these components undergo carbonization treatment for enhanced durability. The main shaft is equipped with bearings from the renowned German brand INA and oil seals from the Japanese brand Huaerka, ensuring smooth operation and reduced maintenance.
• Drive System: Powered by a 22kW motor with frequency control, the main shaft provides consistent and adjustable power to the machine, allowing for precise control over the production process.
