Products Description
Product Overview
The ALCNS-3500mm PET Fiber Automotive Needle-Punching Nonwoven Making Machine is engineered for producing high-performance automotive interior nonwoven fabrics. Designed for stable operation and precise fiber bonding, this production line delivers consistent fabric structure, excellent mechanical strength, and reliable surface quality for demanding automotive applications.
Built around an advanced nonwoven machine platform, the system integrates fiber opening, web forming, needle punching, and finishing into a continuous, efficient production process.
Raw Materials
-
Polyester staple fiber
-
Polyester hollow staple fiber (optional)
-
Natural wool fiber (optional)
-
Fiber specification: 2.5D – 4D
Production Process
A controlled percentage of polyester staple fiber, hollow polyester fiber, or natural wool fiber is opened and blended uniformly. The fibers are then carded and cross-lapped to achieve the required thickness before being reinforced through multi-stage needle punching and thermal setting, forming a stable and durable nonwoven fabric.
