Heating Circulation Method
Our thermalbonding oven utilizes a unique heating circulation technology that alternates between top blowing and bottom suction, as well as bottom blowing and top suction. This ensures uniform penetration of hot air through the web, enhancing the evenness of the bonding and the smoothness of the final product's surface, avoiding defects caused by uneven heating.
Heating Chamber Design
The heating chamber is designed with a compact concept, optimizing space utilization and reducing heat waste. This design allows for more efficient heat transfer, improving thermal efficiency, thereby reducing energy consumption and achieving cost-effectiveness.
Insulation Layer Design
The insulation layer is made with advanced insulation materials and design, effectively isolating the heating chamber from the external environment's temperature influence. Automatic Adjustment
The production line is equipped with an intelligent sensing system that can automatically adjust the distance between the upper air channel and the conveyor belt according to the thickness of the web. Temperature Control
The product is equipped with an advanced temperature control system capable of precise constant temperature control.
