• High-Density Needle Board: Random arrangement of 6500-7000 needles per square meter, using a downward needle plate made of aluminum alloy with a diameter of 1.83mm, equipped with a pneumatic locking system to ensure the stability and durability of the needle board.
• Adjustable Needle Punching Frequency: A needle punching frequency of 0~720 times per minute adapts to the production needs of different materials and thicknesses.
• Needle Board Material: Aluminum alloy with pneumatic locking.
• Lightweight Aluminum Beam: Made of cast aluminum structure, lightweight but capable of ensuring high-frequency operation, improving production efficiency.
• Electrically Adjustable Stripping Board and Support Board: 10mm thick, with an electrical lifting system, needle depth and gaps can be displayed on the machine scale plate and HMI, facilitating operation and monitoring.

Working Principle
