1.This production line is basically to produce kitchen used scouring pad, and industrial used abrasive pads like abrasize pad, or coarse denier polishing pads and discs.

2. It adopts PLC automatic controlling system, easy to operate and diaplay clearly.

3. The chemical bonding part accept aluminum oxide and resin bonding together or seperate.

4. The oven adopts three layer structure, to make sure that both side of the fiber web would be heat evenly and make sure the strength and quality of the final fabric. The heating method are option for gas or thermic oil. And the heating length could be configured according to the customer's requirement
