Raw Materials
The raw materials we select include:
- Polyester Staple Fiber: Provides the basic strength and durability required for nonwoven fabrics.
- Hollow Polyester Staple Fiber: Enhances the insulation and breathability of the material.
- Low-Melting-Point Fibers: Act as a binding agent during the needling process, improving the stability of the finished product.
Production Process
- Blending and Opening: Initially, the blending machine mixes polyester staple fiber, hollow staple polyester (waste fiber or waste cloth fiber), and low-melting-point fibers to ensure a uniform distribution of raw materials.
- Carding and Lapping: Through the double-cylinder double-doff carding machine and cross lapper, the mixed fibers are carded into an even web structure and achieve the required thickness.
- Pre-Needling and Main Needling: After pre-needling and three main needling processes, the fiber web is reinforced to form a stable structure.
- Calendering: Finally, the calender machine ensures the dimensional stability and flatness of the nonwoven fabric.
