PT Single S Nonwoven Fabric Making Machine
A single beam nonwoven fabric making machine, also known as the single spinning beam spunbond nonwoven fabric production line or the S spunbond nonwoven making machine, is a type of textile machinery that uses a single set of extrusion machines and spinning components to produce nonwoven fabrics from extruded polymer materials.
The polymer, referred to as ‘S’, is melted by the extrusion machine and then spun into fibers through the spinneret. The filament is drawn by suction air and randomly dropped onto the fiber-forming device, where it is finally embossed by the calender machine.
