Production Process Flow

• Suction Feeder feeds raw material into the system.

• Material is processed through the Screw Extruder and purified via the Filter.

• The Metering Pump regulates material flow to the Suction Unit and then into the Spinning Box (Spinneret).

• Fibers are solidified in the Cooling System and stretched by the Stretching Device.

• The Web Forming Machine shapes the fibers into a uniform web, which is smoothed by the Calender.

• Finally, the material is collected and cut by the Online Winding & Slitting Machine.
