The ALDT‑4800mm PET Nonwoven Carpet Making Machine is an advanced automatic carpet making machine designed for efficient, high-quality needle-punched PET carpet production. This production line processes fibers through a complete workflow: Bale Opener → Pre-Opener → Big Cabinet Blender → Main Opener → Vibrating Fiber Feeder → Double Cylinder Double Doffer Double Random Carding Machine → Cross Lapper → Pre-Needle Punching → Needle Punching → Cutting & Winding Machine, ensuring uniform fiber distribution and consistent fabric quality.
