Process Flow of PET Spunbond Nonwoven Machine
The production process of PET spunbond needle punched nonwoven fabric machinery usually includes the following steps:
Raw material preparation: PET pellets or PET bottle flakes are melted at high temperature, coarsely filtered, homogenized and thickened, finely filtered, and then conveyed to the spinning unit through a metering pump.
Spinning and drawing: The melted PET raw material is stretched and spun into fine PET fibers through spinning equipment.
Fiber web laying: The stretched PET fibers are evenly distributed to form a preliminary nonwoven fabric web structure.
Pre-needle punching: The preliminary nonwoven fabric is pre-treated with a pre-needle punching device to enhance the bonding strength and strength between fibers.
